Love Primal Kitchen Avocado Oil Spray
It’s great for lightly coating meat or vegetable vegetables and I can find it at my local grocery store.
* I think it sprays a little forcefully and wide range. I have a small kitchen and limited prep areas, so it feels like I have to be careful where I spray it to keep overspray down.
