Firm is the density.

I like it. We added the new firm layer to our recently bought layers of firm, medium, and soft because the 10" was not quite firm enough. I wish y'all had a deeper cotton mattress cover for those who want 4 layers, though, more like 15".

Disappointing

I ordered a soft section for my Med/Med/Firm Choose your comfort mattress due to a change in my health. When it arrived it stated soft on the box however there is no noticeable difference between the two mattresses. Not sure if it got labeled wrong or what happened however I gained nothing for the money spent.

Latex pad only

This one came without the outer protective covering. Just a piece of foam. While it’s comfortable, I feel like for the money it should have a covering.
