The best customer service. But, unfortunately the coaster has an issue. The new replacement (free) coaster pins is defective. One of the charging pins id depressed. The same issue which is why it was replaced recently.

I LOVE my Ember mug! I refuse to drink coffee without it! I’ve been a loyal customer since 2017! Their customer service is also a dream to work with of any issues arise. Everyone MUST have an Ember mug!!!!

I love it! This is a replacement and the few days I was without one just reminded me how much I depend on this mug for a peaceful morning.
