One Step Paint | Brooks Grey

Wow, this color is gorgeous! It dries a deep green/teal and I think it might be my favorite color (ever and in this paint brand!). I painted my free little library with it and now trying to think of what else I can paint with it- I am thinking my bathroom cabinets! Beautiful and smells-good! :)

I used my grandmothers old buffet from the 50's. I primed it with Clean Slate, used two Coats of Brooks Grey and then one coat of the beeswax. I was shocked how powerful the beeswax smelled! But it leaves a beautiful sheen. I learned a lot on my first one! Next time I would definitely use a 4" roller on the top part of the furniture. It would have been smoother. Although the paint does dry to hide the streaks. I was going to replace my pulls but they just don't make that size anymore- and that was a blessing because I polished them with Brasso (!) and they were golden and beautiful. I have already referred this paint to many friends. :) I was super happy with the paint and the process!

I thought the color would of been more grey but I loved it anyways. Water it done and it covers beautifully.
