Gone Bananas EZ-Gelatin Shot Mix

I really love the variety of flavors available. I use this to make a weight loss, weight control, nutritious snack that works for me and tastes exceptional. My only complaint is with the people responsible for packing the order and shipping it out. My original order had 5 different flavors which I bought just one of each to try in my recipe to see if I liked the taste but I had already tried the banana flavor and knew it was scrumptious so I ordered one 12 pack. It was the last item on the packing slip and whoever prepared my order put one package not twelve. I contacted the company and told them I thought the person was likely just confused because the first five packages were each a different flavor and didn't see that they should have included twelve. Customer service was very prompt in responding to my email and apologized quite sincerely. He sent out a dozen immediately so I actually got one free package which was a thoughtful apology.
