I've only had the opportunity to use this heater once. We also bought the natural gas conversion kit. The instructions were a little hard to follow and took longer to put together than had anticipated but it was doable. The heater was exactly the look we wanted and seems to put out a lot of heat. The customer service at Patio Fever was top notch! There was some difficulties getting product due to COVID. RJ was very communicative and would send periodic status updates. I was very impressed and would certainly do business with them again.
