This Flame Extender does double the burntime. The thicker ceramic wool wick as well as the smaller aperture works like a charm. The flame is a little smaller, but is still bright and warm.

Terrible customer service

Product is great. We have two and have sent one as a gift. Seven unanswered emails. No phone to call. Unfortunately we won’t be ordering from them again due to lack of communication.

We absolutely LOVE our Houswise Fire Pit given to us as a gift! We are enjoying the warmth and ambience every morning when we are outside enjoying our coffee to begin the day. Our only concern is not being able to afford the refill fuel. A “two for the price of one” would be awesome!
