In terms of the product, they are very well made with good quality leather and are every bit as good as I hoped. In terms of customer service, it has been exceptional. I followed the online sizing guide which gave me a 5. 5 so I ordered those and they arrived very quickly. I am normally a size 6 and the 5. 5 was just too small on one foot, so I contacted NPS to arrange a return. The size 6 was temporarily out of stock at the time but as soon as it became available the return and issue of the replacement size was sorted out same day, free of charge, with the delivery arriving next day. NPS have been helpful and friendly when dealing with them on the phone, and everything has been done efficiently and quickly, genuinely could not fault anything about the experience. It has been my first time buying shoes from NPS, but it definitely won't be my last.
