There was an issue with the first one I received in the post. slightly broken. However I sent an email which was responded to within the same day. I explained the issue and sent a picture. OTAA has a new product reissued the same day! It arrived a day or so later! I thought it was going to be a nightmare experience. But OTAA are legends to deal with! It was a gift for my husband who is a keen punter. It will spruce up his next race day outfit!
