purchased the H&P notebook Plus to stay organized in my clinical rotations for the NP program. It is a great tool that assists novice learners to acquire the most relevant questions required during history taking and physical assessment. Documenting any lab values and imaging results can also help me generate my differential diagnosis. The 2-page space is so well designed and organized so that it allows me to have a good flow when presenting a patient case. It is a MUST HAVE for my clinicals !
