This company went above and beyond regarding customer service. This item was sold out and when the situation was explained to them, Michael made the piece himself! Not only was the necklace beautifully constructed, it meant the world to the recipient. She was so moved and so overcome with emotion, she wept. A simple piece of jewelry moved her to tears.
