The current order dulse was completly different texture and taste from orders I have placed the last few years, no redish hue and a bit thinner texture. The taste is different but still good.

My nutritionist recommended this to me to add more iodine to my diet. It is tasty in a salad. I purchased a pound of it along with some powdered version that I have not tried yet. I prefer to get nutrition from food rather than pills. I’m working up from 2 gm to 5 gm per day.
