The Quictent 20 X 30 Party Tent I purchased is an excellent product at a very reasonable price. Regrettably, I experienced some issues with some of the pieces. However, I must commend the Quictent Customer Service team for truly outstanding service. Emails were answered within a day, problems were addressed, and complete resolution of my issues were promptly made. Of special note was Martina, who was very responsive and helpful. Frankly, the customer service I received from Martina and Quictent is some of the best I have ever experienced. It is clear that this company stands firmly behind their products.
