KA Tie Down Strap, heavy duty cam strap with webbing buckle pad and flattened end

Kayak Academy Tie Down Straps are Reliable and Durable. I've had mine a very long time and they are still going strong. I've tried straps at other reputable stores and they did not last very long. The last thing I want is to be driving down the freeway and have one break.

Great straps just wish they had a buckle cover

Solidly built. I like the stiffened loose end, makes it easy to thread. A robust pin on the buckle will be stronger and last longer before corroding through. I just wish these came with a buckle cover. Despite best attempts, sometimes a buckle contacts the car. I have a imperfect remedy: use a Thule cover and slice the opening wider.

Great tie-down straps

My ancient straps are super long and wearing thin, so I thought I'd give these a try. It's great that you can choose shorter lengths and avoid dealing with excess on a hullavator. I've also come to love the the way yellow letters make it easier to keep the straps from twisting. 4 stars only because the buckles stick a little and I haven't had time to lubricate them.
