I'm still discovering a vocabulary to describe certain teas, this one has a particular sweet and bark like tone that I can only express through an experience; as a child, grandmother and I would walk to the sea, on the way, we would pick raspberries, this tea takes me to that place, not the flavor of raspberries, the sea or the trees but something on the way, a little bit before.

I love the delicacy and flavour of this tea. I am curious to compare it with the one from ancient trees
