Wool Bootie with Leather Sole - Red

These slippers are warm and comfortable, and they fit great.

The size was true (for me). I'm a women's size 11 with a narrow, "thin", foot and wasn't sure if I needed to go up a half or full size to be sure they weren't too snug. I don't wear socks but from some of the comments on the sizing chart, I had to wonder whether I should order "up" a half or full size. Turns out they're *perfect*; my toes have room, nothing feels too tight or too loose. I also love the way the side slits let me slip them on and off with ease. As the weather moves to winter here, it is such a pleasure to get out of bed in the chill of the morning and immediately slip my feet into these. The colour turned out to be the cherry red I was hoping for (so many online reds turn out to be more on the 'tomato' red side when I finally see the product in hand). It's a bit of a sidenote but when I'm wearing them on zoom calls, I find myself every once in a while drawn to looking at them and feeling how happy they make my feet lol!!! I really enjoy the texture of the felted wool on my bare feet, and that my feet never feel too hot. I've had them over a month now and the 'happy' isn't wearing off :-)). Finally, it's also very meaningful to me that the company supports fair trade for the artisans and contributes to the global effort to lift every human out of poverty.
