Great customer service

I ordered the adjustable gold flag pole, the gold base and the gold eagle finial. The pole arrived bent and wouldn't telescope out. I called customer service who shipped a replacement pole at no charge and received a good one in a timely manner. The whole set-up with the flag is perfect for our indoor meeting room and looks beautiful. I would definitely order these products and order from this company again!
