Chocolate Peanut Butter Bar

These are my favorite cookie ever! Healthy, all organic, doesn’t raise my blood sugar, and tastes like a posh version of those nostalgic boil on the stove cookies from the 1970’s. I give them with birthday presents, and when someone I know is having a particularly challenging day. I say, “they chase the dementors away!” I love supporting a local business as well. I’ve introduced so many people to Butterfly Bakery with these delicious treats!! Please, never stop making them. It is one way I spread joy to my little corner of the world! ♥️
