Good yeast, dumb user error

I brewed a Belgian Strong (Chouffe like clone), but with the summer heat (and malfunctioning submersible water pump) I wasn’t able to keep the beer cool enough during fermentation resulting in some wicked off flavors. I would use again now that I replaced my pump, I like Omegas yeast over Wyeast and WL due to cell count, and NB carries most of their line.

Premature inflation

Nutrient packet opened during transit. Package was inflated when I received it. Brewed quickly and seemed to ferment fine.
