Ordered on phone. Service rep very helpful. Order came promptly and no paid shipping. I had ordered a bomber hat in small, only size. I had a taylor make adjustments. Gloves I ordered were available only in large. There were too small as my hands are very large. Only comment I have is that items not available in larger sizes.

Gloves work perfectly, over gloves slide right on.

Winter cold weather base layer

Ordered 2 base layers of different manufacturers. One fit true to size, the other the waist was way to large. Called customer service and they will send a pair that will fit as soon as the they receive the pair that doesn’t fit. Very happy with customer service.
