New Leaves Sago Palm Bread Plate

The product was great, but customer experience wasn't. This is probably the 6th or 7th product from Michael Aram that I have purchased, and it took much longer to process and ship that typical. When I reached out to customer service, I was referenced to their policy on the website, which mentioned 24-48 hours, which had already passed the day prior. When asking for additional help on status with that known, the response was, " You will know when it ships. " I understand that it may take longer, but an update would have been very nice when asking and not just checking a box.

Just gorgeous! I gave it as a wedding gift and am anxious to buy one for myself.
