Poor quality control

The item was delayed and the lid does not fit the metal hinge correctly so comes off whenever the lid is opened. Simple human is usually excellent so I’m hoping this is a blip in their quality control and delivery process.

All parts are well made, I had purchased another brand and the plastic bars that open lid broke. Was cheaply made and was more expensive. All the parts for your trashcan are made with solid parts. I chose to hang it on the exterior of my cabinet rather than inside. I really appreciated getting a set of the complimentary trash bags. Also appreciate that the bags don’t smell of chemical freshener and there is a warrantee!
