Online gift card came with no money on it

I ordered a $15 gift card online, and it arrived in an envelope with no problems. I gave it to the recipient, but when she went to use it, it came up as having no money loaded on it. The teenagers who were working at the store when I went in to see about rectifying the situation try their best, but we’re unable to add any money to the gift card. Luckily, the Amy’s ice cream location was just down the street from where my friend was working, so she was able to go in and get $15 worth of product from one of the employees. So ultimately, it worked out, but the process of trying to get the situation. Rectified was a bit frustrating. Kudos to the store employees for coming up with a solution since getting a refund or putting money on the gift card was not an option.

Great. Just wish you had seasonal cards, like Christmas
