Good product, bad service. They did not want to exchange my gloves wich was too small because I use the indications on their own website to choose my size. They argue the tags should stay attached, but I kept the tags. That’s not the point. The gloves are too small, because I trust their indications. It’s the only way to know if it fit and that’s not work. They should assume there are caps in their system.
