My Fourth Bridge Purchase - This One Direct / Excellent Service

I have now purchased FOUR of these adorable little bridges. I use them for doll parties that I have from time to time, I bought two last year for Halloween and then two more this year that I needed in July. The second one that I bought arrived broken to pieces and unusable. I needed it right away and didn't want to wait for the whole return and replace process of Amazon, so I called Sams Gazebos direct. I spoke to the nicest woman, Sue, who was so understanding and helpful. I explained what had happened and that I was going to return the broken bridge, but really needed the fourth bridge right away. She worked hard to get one out to me right away that I had by the end of the week and in plenty of time. In the future, I think I'd buy from Sams Gazebos direct. The customer service is excellent and the little bridges are so cute and just what I needed. Thanks so much to Sue for her help.
