Triple bass max range ocarina
things that one should know before purchasing though. - it’s very expensive. If you think you’re gonna casually play it, just go for a plastic ocarina. Although it’s also a little expensive, you won’t feel as guilty if you leave it for months on end. -it’s heavy. If you’re used to the single chamber ocarinas, this will feel really heavy at first. It can be a little straining on your wrists when you have extended play sessions. -small hands will struggle with this instrument. I have fairly large hands and it’s still uncomfortable holding this instrument, especially when you have to cover all the holes on the second chamber. It’s much more difficult to hold in general though as it’s obviously bigger than a regular single chamber ocarina. -blow holes are very close together. This isn’t like a regular single chamber ocarina. Your aperture is much less forgiving on this ocarina as if it’s not proper, you’ll leak air onto the other chambers. Always make sure you have proper form. It takes a bit of time to get used to, but it’ll make you more conscious and just a better player overall in the long run. -no neck straps. If you’re clumsy, for the love of god be careful. Make sure you’re used to balancing it and just take it easy on the chamber switching. You don’t want this thing to fall and crack. Overall, I love this instrument. It’s much more difficult to play and will be much more difficult to master, but if you’re serious about playing the ocarina, by all means go ahead and get this beautiful work of art, and make art of your own. Fair warning as well!! If you use tabs for the single chamber ocarina, it’s definitely time to start learning music theory. From what I’ve seen, there are basically zero tabs for this specific instrument. Remember to take it easy with this instrument, it’ll take lots and lots of time to fully master this, but the amount of accomplishment you’ll feel will be unmatched. I do wish it came in a few more colors, but besides that I absolutely love this instrument. If you purchase it, good luck and Godspeed :))

Great ocarina
This is the first ocarina I have ever bought so I have nothing to compare against. But what I can say is that I am very glad I bought this ocarina as my first. It has the largest note range of any ocarina in the world (A3 - F7) so I already know that I do not have to buy new ones unless I want to play the ultra high notes which case I would need the STL triple ocarina which plays one note higher (G7) and the STL quadruple ocarina which plays to C8. The first chamber is very resonant and mellow and is my favorite as I love the earthy sounds of bass ocarinas. The second chamber is what you would be playing if you had an alto c ocarina. It is less resonant and more chirpy and the third chamber is very chirpy. All the notes are in tune and none of the high notes sound very airy, I've heard far worse high notes from other ocarinas on the internet. I recommend this ocarina to anyone. Don't be afraid to get it as your first. I plan on buying a second one in the other color so I have a backup. Totally worth it to me.
