Thé starter capsule worked right away and I am now producing wonderful Viili every time. So easy! It’s flavour is mild and it’s texture gelatinous as described, which I do love. Very happy with this purchase!

It's worth it..!!

This is the the way Viili should be. It is ropey as advertised and the flavor profile really starts to develop after the 4th generation. The strain is robust and quickly ferments usually in 24 hours.
