I didn’t know that it would take so long to get the dehydrated grains to a healthy state again and they are quite expensive considering how little one gets 😔

Very Healthy Grains

I just received my dehydrated grains and have begun the process of rehydration. I have many years of experience of kefir but a family crisis led me to neglecting my own grains and having to start again. Upon opening the sachet of dehydrated grains I could see how healthy they were. So much so that I felt compelled to write a review. I’m very impressed with the size and amount of grains provided and am excited to make kefir again! The instructions are very easy to follow and for those who prefer visual instruction, a video is available by Revolution Fermentation to demonstrate how to activate the grains. I highly recommend this brand.
