Kefir is going so today’s batch will be for the cheese maker! So looking forward to it with my strawberry jam on my sourdough toast! Yum!

I think this is a good gadget to make cheese with. I do wish though that the spring could be a bit longer for more distance if needed. Outside of that, I do like this product. I also think it is too pricey. It’s a good tool to use, but unnecessarily pricey. It does make the cheese making process easier.

Very handy

No need for tissue filter and very easy for kefir. I strain my kefir every morning and make anothetr batch for the next morning. Great!
