I used to buy this coffee a ton (445° medium/dark) and it was my absolute favorite. I ended up switching to the 605 blend because I moved close to the Pure Bean shop and can buy it in person. Decided to order this again and it’s changed to a 440° dark and it’s not good. I didn’t see there was a medium/light option now instead (I think it used to always be medium/dark and dark?) I might consider trying the medium/light, but the dark tastes burnt and I would not buy again. It could also just be old? The beans don’t smell nearly as fresh as the beans I buy directly at the shop. Will probably just stick to the blend I can buy in person. A little bummed on this because I bought two bags thinking it’d be the same as what I had been buying previously, but I’m going to struggle to even get through one. Not sure what to do with the other now and feels like a waste of money and coffee.
