The Lewis - Teardrop Fedora - Wide Brim

Excellent hat, excellent customer service.

Ordered an olive green Lewis Fedora, but it was the wrong size (my fault) . Simple process to return and get replaced with the correct size (thanks to Erika from Customer Services). Correct sized hat fits and looks like a dream, superb quality materials resulting in a wonderful product. Outstanding selection of hats from an outstanding company.

Excellent hat, Excellent service

I first ordered a medium size, the same as all my other hats, but it was too big. It also said it was 7 1/8, but it was seemingly not. It seems Borges and Scott hats are made to different size standards. Anyway, it was simple to return and a smaller size (6 7/8) arrived promptly. The hat is comfortable and looks great. I will buy from B&S again - right size first time hopefully!
