A long time ago, I could get tart apricots in any local grocery store. Now, the only apricots available locally are the yucky sweet ones. The sweet ones don't seem to have any apricot flavor, just overwhelming sweetness. These California Tart Dried Apricots are PERFECT! They add FLAVOR, not just filler, to your favorite recipes. They are also great eating by the handful. If you want tart apricots, you will be happy with these.
