Kamut/Einkorn
I mixed Kamut with Einkorn flour. It created a gooey, very wet dough which baked up into a gorgeous loaf. It had a tender texture and subtle unique flavor. Love these flours, don’t let the dough texture scare you. I highly recommend the cookbook “Honey and Oats” .

Great quality Kamut(r) flour. Works well on its own (read the back label for portioning guidance) or when mixed with other flours (I’ve mixed it with general purpose flour, oat flour, and whole wheat with good results). My wife found a Kamut(r) & Spelt honey bread recipe that turned out awesome!
