Nick's "hit em with the earth" is a great set of moves and throws. I enjoy the unique but high percentage moves. He has a nice cadence to his teaching and highlights important parts for each moves success. Tons of variety here but nothing feels rushed. A different take on the 2 on 1 (Russian arm tie) and several nice moves from there.

As both a wrestler and judoka I'm always looking for ways to add techniques to my arsenal. This is a great resource to use for both sports.
