Water Kefir Grains

I too had purchased grains from a different company but after several months thought I must not have been doing it right as the results were not like people said online. The water kefir had just a little fizz, had a strange taste to it, and the grains didn't grow at all. I ordered some from here and followed the instructions. When I opened the first bottle after my 2nd ferment it blew right up to the ceiling, and that was after just 12 hours of ferment! The kefir is great, fizzy and delicious!! The grains have doubled after just a few days. If you have had unsuccessful grains from other companies give these guys a try.. It may not have been you, it may have been your grains.

I've bought Kefir grains before and I thought I was doing something wrong. I almost didn't buy these. I thought it would be another waste. The first fermentation after activation I had bubbles by the end of the first day... the coldest week this winter no less! This is what making kefir is like. So glad I found you guys. Thanks!
