Great Bike Storage Arms!

Return : No response

Sent an email about returning due to misplaced order and not needing the item and nobody ever responded. I sent another email and still no response. Item was never removed from shipping box because noticed I didn’t need the item before it got delivered but was already in transit. Unfortunate that nobody responded and couldn’t respond to even help me out. Not great customer service
