Magnificent obi for an aikido practitioner

This obi is exactly what I was looking for. It has the perfect combination of flexibility, thickness, and firmness. It's soft, yet has the necessary rigidity to keep the hakama securely in place. An important feature of using this excellent iaiobi is that you don't need to tie a knot in the front; in fact, You don't need to tie a knot at all! You can simply fold the end inside the belt, just as the product description indicates to keep the belt secure and firm. If you still need a knot nonetheless, the obi's flexibility allows for it without any problems. As a reference, for a person with a hip circumference of 100 cm, size 4 is enough to tie 3 times around the waist and make a good knot, but you may need a little more or less depending on your tying style and the type of knot. In summary, an excellent iaiobi for an aikido practitioner. It provides a good back support and allows the hakama to fall straight, does not hinder movement and is also made with a magnificent craftsmanship. Supple and good quality

I bought this obi because I found the tradition Aikido black obi too stiff, slightly limiting movement. This obi is thinner, nice and supple, not too broad but a bit broader than the Aikido obi, giving good support and feedback in hip movements. The printing is well done and beautiful and according to my wishes. I can recommend this product.
