Wanted to Love It, But Disappointed

I really wanted to love this necklace because I like supporting Sailormade as a family company rather than ordering from a large corporation, which makes this experience even more disappointing. The necklace itself is nice, but the shipping took over two weeks, which feels much too long, especially when shipping cost nearly $10 for such a small, lightweight item. I ordered it on April 20 and didn’t receive it until May 5. Also, the back clasp arrived looking tarnished and discolored. I may be able to clean it, but that’s extra work I wasn’t expecting with a new piece. Overall, I’m disappointed because I expected better quality and shipping, especially from a brand I wanted to support.
