Not good

Very disappointed! This is my third purchase from you guys, first two were fine. This time around, the quality was not as good, the lock sticks and the rope shrunk in width from last time. Also, i tried contacting you guys twice to try and exchange the size. Two weeks later and still no response. Me and my friends and family will no longer patronize your shop. Thank you.
