Worst coloring book ever

A lot of words refined by decades of training, testing and performing to grant insight to methodologies and concepts to vastly improve one's strength and conditioning. No ponies, no rainbows, but a lot of words, some of them I even had to use a dictionary for. If you're looking for a coloring book, this is not for you. If you're looking to work, train and challenge yourself into becoming stronger than you've been before, this is definitely the book for you. There weren't even any stickers.
