Looking back on my first year gardening in 2022, anise hyssop was one of the most rewarding flowers to grow from seed. Although I had never seen or heard of this plant before, I was drawn to the art pack depicting a garden tea party and a hummingbird. Once the purple flowers bloomed (about four months after starting the seeds), the bees and hummingbirds absolutely adored this plant! I'm excited to see how it grows in its second year.
