Worst shipping and customer service

While I live the scent of this deodorant, Paper horribly botched their shipping in July 2026. Their customer service team finally reached out after nearly 2 weeks and claimed that they would ship the package by 29 July. On 1 August and they still have not given the package to UPS and are again unresponsive. This is a daily hygiene item and you expect me to just wait for weeks on end for you to ship what I already paid for?

Love the deodorant but the shipping is ridiculously long.

Ordered on July 17th and I still have no tracking eta. It’s July 31 now.

I was scared this might cause a rash being a natural deo, but it’s been a whole work-week of use: no rash & don’t smell at ALL after moving around all day long. You still sweat because it’s a deodorant & not an antiperspirant, but thats what your body’s meant to do. I was using a 48hr antiperspirant that gave me swollen lymph nodes & I definitely smelled musty at the end of the day, even if I didn’t work. Super happy to find more zero waste products that actually work better for me :)
