Great customer service!
I ordered the Aralia and true to form I was notified when it shipped along with the UPS tracking number. The first time I checked, the delivery was scheduled for 3 days out. Then the date was changed to 2 more days. Then UPS stopped giving an estimated delivery date. I called them and got no help. When the poor plant was finally delivered 12 days after it was shipped, there was nothing but dry dirt and a very dead plant. I contacted LivelyRoot and explained the situation. Four days later, even though they were not responsible for the UPS delays, I had a new, beautiful Aralia. I am a long term customer, and this is one of the many reasons why!
