I switched to this company about a year ago and I absolutely love them. They are always on time and every bug I have ordered so far has come alive and well. Will continue to order from them.

Not worth subscribing

Since subscribing, the “regularly scheduled” shipments have arrived sporadically and randomly. Additionally, many bugs arrive dead. I realize that I will be told that it’s winter and there’s nothing Critter can do to correct the situation, but why accept subscriptions for a service that you cannot fulfill for 4 months out of the year? You should suspend this service until you can guarantee delivery on time and when expected.
