Carry-On Executive

Great for tech geeks

Nice carry-on for those long international/domestic flights waiting at gates and multiple transfers. I bought this for the tech organizer compartment. The easy access allows me to store multiple items within reach. I use mine to store a laptop, ipad, headphones, kindle, switch 2, and power banks. The convenience is understated. There’s also the free messenger bag that helps organize even more. For me, I knew what the trade-offs were. A normal carry-on will require you to lay it flat and then unzip the whole thing to get what you need. This also keeps the heavier items out of my backpack (where I typically kept my Ipad and Switch 2). This isn’t perfect though. As others have mentioned the storage is compromised. The handle does take significant space in the back half and the tech compartment leaves less room for the front half. I’m happy with it though, it keeps my electronics protected and easy to access.

Sturdy and compact

I like it a lot It was too heavy for me, and because I use two laptops I still need to use my back pack on trips. I like how easy is to get the laptop out in security lines.

This bag has excessive space loss. I expected some due to the tech pocket’s exterior access, but it exceeded my expectations. The intrusion of handle rails into the storage area, taking up about a third of the depth, was the dealbreaker. The width of each rail is nearly an inch and a half, reducing the available space for larger items. This limited the suitcase’s usefulness for carrying my clothes and essentials during my 2 to 3-day business travels. I can’t continue with this purchase. I regret rating it two out of five stars and will return it immediately.
