It's great quality, and having a 'how to use' guide on the website so they can follow along and figure out their routine makes it so easy for people to incorporate a facial massage into their routine. The tools themselves are feel nice and cool on the skin, and glide easily. They're easy to clean and store (especially if you keep the box), and you can put them in the fridge for an extra cooling boost. I have sensitive skin and have no problem using the spa set. I would highly recommend getting the set for the full experience.
