Great Buy!

These mushrooms are great to have on-hand for any occasion. They have amazing flavor and last forever stored in the fridge. To fix, just soak them for about 10 minutes in cool water, drain and cook. They cook up nicely, but please note they may chew a little more firmly than fresh wild morels. However, again, the flavor is amazing and being slightly chewy is a fair trade-off to have morels available anytime of the year. ENJOY!
