I really like both these self confidence downloads and have been using one of them daily for about the last 16 days so far. I have definitely noticed a change in how i feel already. I have used quite a few of Glenn Harrolds downloads over the years, starting back in around 1999 when i had one on cassette tape! I have yet to find other downloads where i really take to the person's voice and have always found Glenn's voice to be very soothing. I also always find the downloads to be excellent quality.
