Mixed Feelings

The recordings are wonderful! They are effective in their message and in their presentation. Glenn Harrold speaks with a very mellow voice and measured cadence - and his Australian accent is pleasant, easy to understand, and comfortable to listen to. My mixed feelings concern the Diviniti Publishing Website: Finding and purchasing the desired recordings is easy enough. However, after purchase, the Site becomes a challenge to navigate. Each recording comes with multiple parts, but the customer has to seek them out. The Site does not provide a clear menu that leads the customer to find them. In fairness to the Site, though, its Customer Service is quick to respond and is ultimately helpful, but they also seem to question and doubt the customer's queries and purpose - and require several communications before concerns and issues are resolved.
