Does exactly what I need. It can be a bit difficult to access the zipper pockets, but the idea is great.

Hard to Put on

Back-savers!
Easy to install and remove. Tuckable! Only wish list item would be elastic keepers on the straps for the strap tails, so, they're not dangling if you have a smaller waist. May be too big for waist size under 30". Great quality!
